What are your water parameters? He might just be stressed if u just got him. Give him a couple of days if not than he might be sick.

I would suggest a water change 25% until u can test the water. So u have any of the old filter media from your previous tanks? That has already established beneficial bacteria in it that help your fish. You can also purchase a water test kit for cheap on ebay, u bought a liquid test kit by API...

Update with my sick fish! They all died except one. Picasso trigger fish which is the one that infected all my fish. Go figure... R.I.P. dogface puffer, porcupine puffer, clown fish, sailfin Tang and Niger trigger... Currently the only fish that is alive is in my 10 gallon quarantine tank! Lucky...
