I just recently bought the marineland 17" LED clip on lights for my crystal red shrimp tank. The lighting looks really good, but my question is will my plants grow with LED light? Any thoughts would be helpful, thanks

I have pygmy Cory's with my red cherry shrimp. They only get about an inch long and are very mellow and pleasant. Highly recommend ;)

I have my CRS with Ember Tetras and Pygmy Cory's and they all coexist just fine. Feeding time is fun and frantic.

I also have a dwarf gourami and a couple pygmy Cory's. pretty peaceful tank mates I think.

Hey, I got 5 Ember Tetras about a week ago and they are skittish and hide behind plants and driftwood. My main concern is they are a nice silver color instead of the orangish-red they should be. I thought they would start changing colors once they started getting comfortable with my tank...

Are you talking about 'the fish store'? If so it's quite nice with a large selection of salt and freshwater fish. The prices are pretty standard and the people who work there are pretty chill and can answer most questions.
