I am really disappointed in what Aqua Clear uses for sponge/foam stuff. I simply rinse the things when I do my monthly filter maintenance, but this stuff almost falls apart after a couple of times. Aqua Clear used to provide a more durable foam. Can anyone recommend an alternative to this...

Looking for suggestions on the best heater for my 40 and 46 gal tanks. I've always used Visi-Therms and had no problems. The 40 I bought (used) came with a Stealth and it quit on me (but, it was bought several years ago). I thought that Stealth was supposed to be the best. What do you think?

I have a 40 gal tropical tank, and noticed about 45 min ago that the temp was down about 67. I was using a Stealth 120 in there. Have another heater but it's only a 50, but I put it in there anyway. Did take the 150 from my 46 gal and put it in the 40, plus took some water out and replaced...

I apologize for being a Plastic Plant Person, but I can kill cactus (if you know what I mean). Anyone know a good way to clean plastic plants of algae, etc.? Thanks.:D
