    29 gallon aquarium stocking question

Hey guys and gals, Long time, no speak. I was the gentleman who lost all of his fish due to Hurricane Sandy last year. Since then...I have re-stocked my aquarium with (6) albino cory's and (7) glow light tetras. Everything is going extremely well (it's been 9 months and fish are thriving and...

    Tiger barbs?

Now that I have to start all over again (I am re-cycling my 29 gallon tank due to losing everything from Hurricane Sandy), I'd appreciate some good advice. I'm wondering if Tiger Barbs and Cory's can co-exist? If yes, how many of the (2) species can I house in the 29 gallon set-up...

Lost all my fish due to Hurricane Sandy

Thanks to all the responses. I have the tank up and running again and the temp is up to 80 degrees now. It makes sense to put some pure ammonia in (I'll bring it up to 1 - 2 ppm) and see if it gets processed. Otherwise...I have to start all over again.

Lost all my fish due to Hurricane Sandy

First and foremost my heart goes out to everyone who lost loved-ones/property etc. The Hurricane wreaked havoc up and down the East Coast and I hope everyone that was struck hard is on the road to recovery. Unfortunately, I lost electricty at my house, here on Long Island, until this past...
