So I've got ich and I've lost 2 fish now I'm going to remove my live rock and sand im gonna junk the sand but how do I treat the rock and coral without killing it

I've been fighting with ph but it's balanced off now and the other params are good as well
I bought some pods from a online retailer and they threw in this cluster or zoas but I'm not sure there still with us I got it in the mail yesterday and I put it is the tank right away cause it dident look good at all but all the pods were still alive
I've been considering switching my old sand it's a white sand with black chunk things (for contrast) to just a plain white sand .
Anyone ever done this before and how did you do it how did it turn out ?
I know that it is a bristle worm but I've gotten mixed results on good and bad
I have a few in my tank one is almost 2 inches long when I saw it this morning

It's gills are breathing really fast and it doesn't seem to be eating any algae or anything from what I can tell
I got it yesterday and I hope it's nothing to be worried about
