    Also, not too much air. It can stress them out because it might scare them. It's good to have a little to help with gases, but you don't want your fish to be in an environment that has too much moving water. I have two standard air stones in a 50 gallon. It seems to be a good balance.

    Assorted african cichlids?

    So all these stores have assorted cichlid tanks which mainly consist of these random cichlids that are either orange or an off white. Occasionally you'll find a kenyi or yellow lab in there. What kind of cichlids are these? I can't figure it out. They kind of look like off-color labs or something.
