Unfortunatly GBRs are notorius spawneaters. You can if you want to raise some fry. Try doing the artificall hatching of the eggs. Otherwise let them spawn and maybe they will get it right. Here's a link for artifically hatching which has and is working for my GBRs (17+spawns) and Apistos...

First off what kind of killie do you have. some are plkant spawners some are switch hitters and some are peat spawners. depending on which kind you have some don't eat the eggs but most do eat the fry killies are preditors. I need more info to help. Curtis
