Why would my male angel be terrorizing my female? He constantly nips at her and chases her everywhere to the point where she will hide at the bottom of the tank and in pots. Doesn't happen all the time but he's been doing it pretty regularly now. Those are the only 2 angels I have in the tank...

I have 2 ac filters and for some reason the media like to rise inside making the ceramic part rise so much it's then above the water level. The sponge and the carbon pads are the only things submerged. The whole grey basket itself rises inside the filter housing. Any tips on keeping them down...
