    Clash of both tanks

Last Sunday my 15 column started leaking from the top. I think the silicon between. The canopy and the tank has worn away. So I took a few hours and took down the tank, housed the 4 fish, 2 of maybe 6 rocks, my 2 Anubias, and 1 amazon sword plant, and some of the gravel from the 15 and put it in...

    What an amazing deal!!!!

If the person ever replies to me with pictures and all! Plus I told them it'd be about 2 weeks before I could get them. If they still have them, which they've been on Craigslist for about a month, then I'm for sure getting them.

No I was saying that if you got a pond started, there are many different pond equipment items to choose from so that doesn't happen.

Hey I have a question... If its not to personal. You said "us kids here" How old are you exactly? I'm just asking because I've never heard of a kid trying to get a 6 ft tank pieces out, build it themselves and do it correctly lol.

And make sure your floor can support at least 1200 pounds! Water is 8 lbs per gallons. 135 x 8 is 1080. When you add substrate and deco. It adds up!

Yes actually I agree because that's about 1500+ pounds with everything for the tank.

That wouldn't work for a stand my man... You would be way better off just getting the measurements you need and carrying it to a hardware store, getting some 2 x 4's cut and then some wood screws and someone with a drill and the right bits.

I wouldn't think 400 gallons is necessarily needed for 6 goldies :p I mean it wouldn't hurt one but they would love the room. I'd say at most 200-250. But he could add more with 400.

What are these on my intake tube?

There is a picture of my Cory eggs. That's at the top of my two foot tall tank.

    Home Made Tank

Yeah but if he adds that into his dimensions the tank will be 400 gallons

What size tank should i buy?

Man you should of just went to tractor farm supply and got black diamond blasting sand... Buying sand specifically made for aquariums is more expensive! This way gets you way more sand way cheaper.

That build is about 70 gallons though so maybe for the width go ahead and do 2ft. So 3'x2'x2'

Now you can do a 3' long x 1'-1/2" wide x 2' height. I think that would work also. It's shorter but taller.
