Automatically sink its a huge piece and its heavy. I took it out about a hour ago because I can't stand my water not being clear.

I put a huge piece of driftwood in my tank and now my water looks like tea i added more carbon and still nothing even with weekly water changes it still stays cloudy if I take the piece out would the water clear up on its own faster?

Well its been over a few months that my filters have been running so should I buy the activated carbon. And drop in my filter?

So what do I do I dont wanna replace my filter pads because ill loose all the beneficial bacteria. Should I buy the activated carbon and put it in a bag and drop it in my filter?

I did add new fish and isnt activated carbon in my filter pads as we speak?
