    Hard water

    I have a fish only tank.At the moment my water is very hard "Of the scale" .But my ph is 8.2 ,I have bought a buffer to bring down the hardness.And some ph up incase the ph drops to much.The question I am asking is this the right thing to do or should i keep adding ro water until the hardness is...
