I've had my 10 gallon freshwater aquarium for a few months. It's developed a brown film on the walls of the aquarium. It's enough to look dingy, but not enough to obscure my view of the aquarium.
Is this good or bad? Should I clean the tank? If so, how?

I have a 10 gallon freshwater tank.
I've been changing out 2 gallons of water once a week. I usually add enough dechlorinator for 2 gallons into the tap water before adding it to the aquarium.
