Is it bad to put copper in your tank to cure ich? What does it do?

Ok so my tanks been up for about 5 months. A couple weeks ago I had a anemone detach from a rock and get sucked up in a wave maker. When that happened I came home and my entire tank was milky white and the anemone was dead. This guy here didnt seem to take that well either its a green bubble...

My nassarius snail had laid eggs and they hatched. Whats is their growth rate? There must be hundreds all over the glass. I dont want to clean the glass cause it might kill them. My fish are not bothering them or eating them. Any tips suggestions?
