Yes, livebearers are fun. I think they breed too much for my liking frankly. You never know who fathers who and it can be annoying. Green, albino, and peppered corys are fairly easy to breed. You just need a breeder net to put the eggs in.

Just don't over feed or let too much algae grow. You can remove the eggs sacs and grab/smash any snails you don't want. :) i know it sounds cruel, but it's the most efficient way I've found. Your tank looks like it's pretty clean, so you shouldn't have too much population troubles.

Looks like a male to me. I had a male molly I got from a pet shop and he looked just like a female even though he was nearly full grown. I think it was due to cold water at the pet shop.

It looks like 150-175 eggs! :) I put an air pump underneath and two filters in the tank. I alse added a few drops of tea tree and some hydrogen peroxide. Do I need to do water changes or anything? I have the heat now set for 84 F. Last time the eggs hatched in under two days I think.

I usually put the new eggs in a breeder net in full water flow and with an air pump below. Wouldn't a lot of eggs fungus if I left them all over the tank? Also, raising fry might be hard in that big of an area, right? Have you had much luck that way?

Once they have fry twice, if you keep the temp. the same they usually tend to drop around every so-and-so days. (Like mine was three weeks and 2-4 days nearly every time.) If you have a female that holds fry in longer than she should try raising the temp. a few degrees.

You could try salt, tea tree oil, or hydrogen peroxide. I had a spot on my cory and these helped. (the tea tree and hydrogen peroxide are good for keeping fungus off cory eggs too.) These are good as what you might say "fish asprin", they work but you shouldn't use then too much. You could...

You might try checking your water temp. I've found that 78-84F work best. Also, do you have males and females both? Your water quality could affect that too, you could take a few water tests. I hope this helps. :)
