    Quick question about cycling

    I am cycling my 55gal tank w/ 60lbs live rock, and 60lbs of sand. I have been doing daily tests and my ammonia lvl has been spiked at 8+ since saturday, but today when i did the test twice it came up at .5 Is it normal to have such a dramatic drop off of ammonia or should i test again tomorrow?

    Arranging lr in new tank

    I was wondering if anyone had some sugestions on how to set up live rock in my tank? Right now i just kinda have it all sitting in the tank. should i take it all out and arrange it and then place it back in? and how do you make the pieces stable so they don't tip or wobble? Thanks in advance

    Topic says it all, Just wanted to say that this is an incredible site, full of good information. Just set up my very first SW tank and doing the hurry up and wait part now. :D
