    wrong silicone

    I think I used the wrong silicone in my tank, just round the base. Only now I have learnt there are different types I have found out there is fungicides in the silicone I used. What should I do? The tank already has all the substrate and sand in and I have had plants in it for a few days now

    Advice on my Choice of Silicone

    I recently purchased a second hand 3ft fish tank and decided to re-seal the base so I was confident it was water tight. I used just what silicone was in my tool bag as I was unaware of such thing as "Fish Safe" silicone. The product I used was "Bostik Bond-Flex 100HMA Silicone Sealant Black"...
