Yeah he's been in qt for 2 weeks and was showing abit of white stuff In between his top fins , now it has spread to his actual fins , he's eating well but I put him but in qt tank , all other fish look fine , but comparing it to pictures of fin rot etc , I thinks it's a very close match

Have had him for 2 months has been in qt tank for 2 months and just noticed white stuff on his top fin now all over fins Any ideas or treatments ?

Update *** Tank now a few months old , live stock : yellow coral goby , Picasso clown , coral banded shrimp , double head gold torch ,toxic plate coral , toxic hammers , 2 zooa colony's , 2 toxic green fluffy morphs , 1 button pillow coral

Starting a small tank , can I use sand out of my established 4ft tank that is not running and take some out and just put it in or do I have to wash it? If so can I wash in fresh water and then with salt ?

First 2 pictures are first one having only one white led running and all blue and second all blue no white and this one all colours running at the same time

I found it on Australian eBay for $99 under aqua mini , they're made from micmol and are selling in the states for 199 , they are fantastic so bright , it lights my whole room up I don't even need a light , my soft corals and loving it!

Ended up putting a micmol mini aqua Cree led in , works a treat great like for coral

Alright thanks for that , another thing I added a scopas tang in today and its not agreeing with my yellow tang they keep fighting with each other , any ideas on what I should do ?

Nothing at all just added a different skimmer , and moved the live rock around and added few different fish
