Can you pack Topfin cartridge with Seachem Purigen instead of carbon?

I read that a heavily stocked tank will keep down aggression and fish will still be happy...right now in a 55gal I have a red jewel, turquoise jewel, bumble bee, auratus, feather fin cat, and a couple very small Chinese algae eaters...what do you think about adding more?

I put a turquoise jewel in my tank a couple days ago. He was a bit beat up when i got him but he was the biggest in the PS tank and he is now the biggest in my tank. My Bumble bee which is not a whole lot smaller keeps harassing him so he's not having a chance to heal from his previous PS...

:fish2: Glad to join the group. I have a 55 gallon with two Top Fin 30 filters. I have a red jewel, turquoise jewel, a auratus, bumble bee and a African feather fin catfish. I have a real piece of drift wood and three other plastic ornaments. I hope to get some good advice in here.
