It probably wouldn't hurt to do a 50% water change it should clear it up some but it will only fix it temporarily cause the bacteria will just bloom back up.

nitrate is super high i would do round about a 50% water change and let it sit for a few more days and test again you prolly want the nitrate below 40ppm
Personally I'd move them but it's totally up to you. if you think they will be ok and won't get eaten then I'd say go for it but it's taking a chance. If you wanted to make 100% sure that they survive then I'd move them.
