New to SW, trying out a pico reef. What is this white web like growth on my live rock. This appeared a week and a half after i bought the rock. imgur.com/a/5xl1V

It has loss a bit of coloration and is laying on its side at the bottom of the tank. I've done water change and have taken the shrimp out for now. The other red nose shrimp is doing completely fine it seems.

I'm having trouble letting my new enose know he is being fed, i dont know if he knows there are bloodworms at the top, and if I try to bring my hand close to him with food, he runs away. What do I do?

Just bought an elephant nose fish last week, and will be going on vacation next week for 10 days, will he be ok if I feed him a bit before we go or should I get some sorta auto-feeder?
