Possible Ich. Want to treat with heat. Is it safe?

I had a similar question. Small QT tank with some mollies. From what I can tell, they should be kept in the 75-82 degree range. Is it OK to take them up to 86 while treating for ich?

    Treating Ich

So, about 2 and a half weeks ago we went and bought 2 platinum lyretail mollies from one LFS and some inverts from another (2 nerites, 2 rabbit snails and 1 CPO). We added them all to our 10G QT. The tank was cycled and we had just moved a swordtail into our main tank, so the new creatures...

    Pregnant Molly

Went ahead and got a breeding box. Figured the fry could stay in the QT for a while after the mollies leave. Haven't seen any more fry at this point though. How long does it usually take between fry? Like I said, I wasn't trying to breed so I have now idea if my water conditions are conducive...

Any experience with Orange Dwarf Crayfish?

I just stumbled across some CPO's this weekend at one of the local LFS's. I had been considering getting one, but I didn't think I'd be able to find one locally and the cost of shipping wasn't something I was crazy about. So I was pretty happy when I saw them and got myself one. I had just...

    Blue lobster and fish

Hope you guys don't mind me reviving an old thread, but I just came across this in a search. I've been considering a blue lobster for my 36g tank. Right now I have two angels that are still relatively small, have had them for about two months, and two dwarf gouramis. Those fish all seem to get...
