    Is a Fluval 305 or 405 too much flow for a 29 gal tall?

    I have a 305 for my 55g tank - I have found that when I need to I can control the flow of the water with the lever on the aquastop. However, I dont think the flow is going to be too strong. If you direct the output towards the side of the tank it semi-slows (and redirects) the water flow, but...
