    fish compatibility

Bolivian rams would be an appetiser for a jag. In fact the only 2 fish I would add are the jag and flowerhorn. With the right setup, caves and hiding spots the rest could work. You will have a huge potential for aggression but with a tank that big there should be enough territories for each...

    Salvini and jewel comparability

The salvini killed the other in the 30 at about 1 inch in length, there is nothing in the 75 as it is still cycling. There is no spot on the gill cover but was also told at my lfs that they were to small to be sexed and would need to wait until they were about 2.5/3 inches (whether this is true...

    Salvini and jewel comparability

So I am just cycling my new 75 gal and I have a single salvini cichlid which I believe to be male however it is to early to say (the reason for my thoughts that it is a male is because it is very aggressive and killed the other salvini that I purchased at the same time as him). It is currently...

Help please with Parrot fish Compatability

Parrots won't work they get to big but you could do a pair of rams or keyholes with some schooling fish and some bottom feeders

    Less Aggressive American cichlids

Keyholes and apistogramma aggassizii are normally very tolerant and less aggressive but it really depends on the personality of the individual fish in most cases.

    Green Terror with Severum

I can't give any inch to year ratio however they grow extremely slowly. On the other hand they reach sexual maturity fairly small ( around 4.5/5 inches) compared to their total adult size. Even as a slow grower he/ she will definitely dominate the tank. Also if you end up with 2 males the...

    How many tiger oscars?

To second what JMonroe says, my friend bought an oscar just after Christmas at 2 inches long and I saw it again for the first time since he added it to his aquarium and it is just under 6 inches. Great looking fish though

    What fish is this?!

No worries. My acara was years ago in one of my old community setups, he would last very long in the tank with my salvini that I have now.

    What fish is this?!

Fair comment I'm not here to row and yes belittle maybe not but didn't feel the comment was needed. Yes I am new to this forum however I have been a member of others previously but stopped due to not having my tank for a year after moving.

Rivers2k More then one agreed with me. We're all entitled to our opinion. I didn't try to put any one down unlike u so do me a favour and keep your negative comments to yourself. What fish is this?!

It's a blue acara. Orange/red stripe on dorsal fin, blue iridescent spots and the round marking in the middle of the back.

    Green Terror with Severum

This is true certainly a strange name for a fish that isn't blue.

    Green Terror with Severum

I personally wouldn't. The terror isn't the most aggressive fish but by no means the least. Severums and firemouths are not usually aggressive enough to stick up for themselves against a green terror which if male could grow to10 inches plus. Maybe a blue acara would be more ideal as they are...
