    Assassin predator at night...

They will totally eat the fins, I'm not saying that it is them as fish act different in different aquariums, but in my experience tiger barbs and green moss barbs are horrible

    Assassin predator at night...

Tiger barbs are terrible for fin nipping and can cause stress etc to other fish I have pure hatred to them after they Shredded the fin on my shark

    Hi

Just take it steady and use as much as necessary, try and keep the cost down, you still need to treat bottled water to take out the natural metals in it
  4. ChunkOvPayne

    Hi

    You can use bottled water

    Hi

    How big is the tank?
  6. ChunkOvPayne

    Hi

I wouldn't worry just keep testing your water and keep up what your doing, it's not uncommon having a casualty when a tank is running a cycle

    Is My Water Good Enough?

There's a few things I don't like about it, one being the smell it stinks, and it always seems to leak once it's been opened, dosing can be tricky for beginners if their doing little water changes

    New girl here!

A lot of the new tanks are getting taller, I liked my aquamode 600 it was cheap, it was a semi circle bow fronted tank so it didn't take up much room and it was pretty, I think it was around 65 litres which I think is around 10 gal

    Hi

Need more information, how old is the tank, how long have you had the danio? How many danio you have? The zebra danio is a hardy fish but don't forget these fish are gm, so they can have defects and die for no reason

    New girl here!

I would purchase a fish that's going to out grow your tank so you have to upgrade lol

    Is My Water Good Enough?

I use this and it has never failed, it was £2.20 for 100ml and it's 1ml to every ten litres

    Best aquarium substate

You will be very limited on plants you can put directly into substrate, but if you like bog/driftwood you can plant into those with a few plants and mosses so then it doesn't matter about the sand

    Nitrite issues

3 small fish in a 45 gallon tank would take forever to cycle, be patient and maybe buy a new test kit and calm down with the water changes
