Hello folks, I have a similar problem with these little snails: Do these snails do anything good for my tank such as eating waste or algae? Or are they a pest? Plant ID please

I have heaps of this stuff in my pond, it was planted in there a year ago from a sample I gathered from the river otter, a local river to me which is home to many freshwater fish so the plant can't be too bad. I was hoping someone would kindly identify it for and tell me if it's ok to keep it in...

    Help! Sick Goldfish!

Looks to me like he has fin rot, that white stuff around his tail is not good. I am not an expert but do some research on fin rot or ich and see if they are what your fish has. If it is either of those diseases you need to get the correct medicine ASAP.

    finally got fry, need help

If you want to keep some your best chance is to catch them and keep them in a separate tank, you can feed them broken up flake food I believe, but if your tank is well planted and you don't want to be over run with fry I would leave them all in there and let nature take its course, I expect I...

Help needed with velvet disease... I think.

That's interesting, I might well use that if the current meds don't clear it up after 7 days. The guy at my pet store did the tests so it could be wrong, what generally could cause such I high reading? I do 25% water changes every 3 days, what else can I do? Thanks again for your help.

    Extremely lethargic goldfish, getting worried

Sorry to hear that, you guys did all you could, you should be proud of how hard you tried to help her when others would give up. As the water in your main tank is good it sounds like it was swim bladder to me, possibly because of gulping in air when she eats food from the surface. I would...
