    thanks only thing that puts me off was a onlinr review that said the externals impeller was fragile and the filter clogs up faster than usual

    looking to upgrade from a tropiquarium 68 (24*15*12) to a 48"*12*15 tank will either be keeping a community tank or mawallis. I can get a fluval *04 series external on sale for the same price as a fluval plus internal. I am looking for help with the filters which to choose and why. TIA
