I know, I know! School year and kids sports start and I abandon my tanks and aquarium friends! How'd you get the pictures to post? When I first posted it, they just looked like links. I'd like to update more but cant figure out the new pic requirements.

I've been looking for a porcelain anemone crab for my RFAs and finally got one, he is really cool!

Thanks guys, I'm super excited. Love looking in on them everyday :) Here you can see the color in some of them, many have a bright orange center like their mama in this picture. Here's another one on the other side of the tank And one on a shell This is one of my only surviving babies...

Babies!!! I never saw them spawn but a few weeks ago during feeding I thought I saw some babies in one of my nems...And now, here they are!! They are tiny but I can already see some color in many of them. So excited!!

Haha! I actually kept it, it is now my RFA garden: Autumn, I have a Kessil 160w. I probably should have sprung for the 360w at the time for better coverage, but I didn't. This give great lighting for the most of the tank but I do lower light corals on the side edges.

I've been off line a few months, glad to see this progress as I'm checking back in! Have you made any new additions yet? I'm ready to see this tank come to life!!

Gorgeous nem! I try not to remove the foot of a nem if at all possible. I would just place the shell in the sand or close to a rock you think it will like and let it decide where it wants to go.

Where do you order from usually? I'm liking this one a lot lately, its tentacles are so long and wild.

Bdonaldson - those are beautiful RFA and quite a collection you have now! Did you buy these local or order online? My husband might kill me but I was thinking of placing an order while I'm on Christmas break...but I'll probably wait until spring break, I've had the RFA bug lately & want some...

Thanks Paul! I may have to try that! I dosed microbactor and it helped a little, I kind of think I need to do do some very aggressive water changes (like back to back 15 gallon changes...only because that's as much as I have room to make at one time).

Here are some pictures under the new lighting...I love how vibrant the colors look now. Most of them have been doing great, but the three red ones I got from reeftopia a while back are bleaching out. I'm hoping that they were used to higher lighting and the new light will help them bounce back...

Wow, been a while since I've updated. Ups and downs with this tank. All fish have been doing great, but still battling hair algae which has take over some corals. I bought a RoDI filter to start making my own water so I can do more frequent water changes. I also think I need to order more...

I finally got my Kessil for my rock flower tank and am kicking myself for not doing it sooner, they look sooo sooo much better under LED. But I'm glad I waited because Kessil just came out with the A80 which was much cheaper but perfect size for my 14 gallon and looks just as great as the 160...

Hard to see the baby but, YAY! So exciting!! Like the new RFA too! Congrats and can't wait to see more babies!
