We have had a 29g tank for about 6 months, we have 7 platies, 3 neon tetras, 2 mollies, 2 puffer peas, 1 danio, 1 kuhli loach, 1 blue gourami, 1 killie. What new varieties would go with our family? Thanks!

I have been putting new filter in my water filter once a month, when I do my water change. I was told this was not good because it would hurt the cycling process. The filter is dirty & seems to me needs changed...???

We just got 2 puffer peas, we were told they will eat small snails, which we do have a few of, but will they feed on tropical flake/granular food? We forgot to ask at store :facepalm:

We have 6 neons, I've noticed twice when turning on the light in the tank in the morning 1 of them looks like it's dead, floating on it's side going up in the bubble wall. It looks completely lifeless, but both times right when I get the net it takes off & acts completely normal. 1st time was 4...

Just joined the group & trying to learn the basics of cycling, we started a month ago, waited a week before adding fish. We had no live plants at the time, we now have 4. We have 24 fish, 4 mollies, 3 Danios (zebra), 4 asst guppies, 6 neon tetras, 1 Kuhli Loach, 3 Platies, 3 Glo fish, 4 snails...
