    electric blue ram popeye disease?

    hello, i have newly introduced (11 days ago) electric blue ram to my 240L tank. Yesterday i noticed one of hes eye starting to pop out (swelling). I did some research on web and i think it might be popeye disease. Other eye is ok tho. NH4 - 0 NO2 - 0 NO3 - 5 doing weekly 20-30% water change...
