Two of my multis are nipping at each other around a shell which I think one of the males always stays at. The one who is always at the shell isn't doing the nipping it's another multi doing that. Can someone tell me what behavior this is

Hello I was wondering what you guys thought of using iron supplements that humans ingest. They are pretty cheap at Walmart and I was just wondering since we can consume them then it shouldn't hurt our fish right? Just a thought, I need an iron supplement for tank.
