I'd stick with getting more corys. Doesn't have to necessarily be peppered if you want variety. The synodontis will get too big on its own, let alone trying to keep a group of then.

Haven't posted here in a while. In on day 9 of my first into EI fertilization using GLA micros and macros. A bit too early to say, but seems the plants are looking a lot more vibrant.

Haven't ordered fish, but have successfully ordered live shrimp, snails, and plants. I wouldn't hesitate to try ordering fish if it came to it.

Hi! I should have more in a few weeks. They're thinned out for now, and I'm travelling all next week. When I get back I should have enough grown back to send some out.

I've bought shrimp twice off of eBay, different sellers, with success and no DOAs. Both threw in an extra shrimp just in case, and everything was very well packed. Seems that high rated sellers know how to pack everything for transport, so it comes down to the price that's right for you.

Nice! I love my amanos and they seem to be very hardy compared to cherries. They grow pretty big as well, my largest is prob at about 1.75-2" now, and I've only had them for several months now.

I'm really not sure what the demand for these are, but I'll have red root floaters available very soon as they've continued to grow atop my 20G long at a rapid pace. I should have enough to send a good amount to 2-4 takers in a small USPS Priority flat rate box. I'm thinking at minimum...

Not much to report today besides dosing iron and trimming the tops of the hygrophila corymbosa. I'm really trying promote leaves and sideshoots to grow out from the bottom of the stems.

What filter set up are you running? I recently drilled out my plastic spray bar and it helped immensely. Before that the neons couldn't swim in the front or top of the tank, and sand was constantly getting displaced at the front of the tank. It was also affecting my floaters with too much...

Thinned out the red root floaters today. Probably grabbed about a third of them out, packaged them up, and they are now on their way to goatnad!

Definitely figure out why you were losing so many tetras before moving on! I've found neons to be fairly hardy, tbh...
