    Any of you all have fish that eat out of your hand?

    My tangs and shrimp do the same thing. My shrimp are crazy when i put fakes in the tank, the flakes float on the surface and the shrimp go flying to the surface upside down, and the walks to the flakes. Its like the shrimp are waliking upside-down at the surface.

    Shrimp Fighting.... Is this normal?

    this is completely normal. Shrimps just dont get along well. Ive seen my Fire shrimps fight and broken some anttenas and even a leg. the Cause for my shrimps fighting was lack of food/competition for food.

    New Fish Hiding/Not Eating

    My goby does the same thing. Its a pink spotted shrimp goby. I know exactly where it is (hiding in a cave). Would Adding a Pistol shrimp help bring the goby outside.

    Wall Mounted Aquarium...

    At 6.6 gallons w/ all the filter and case the thing rings up to about 50 pounds (maybe even more). Thats gonna be pretty tough to hang w/o special brackets.

    I was thinking of doing this too. So is it okay if i put the rubble in my canister filter. Would putting a whole rock in the filter instead be better. My canister filter can hold about a few softball size rocks.

    Cleaner Wrasses

    My lfs just got a shipment of cleaner wrasses and i see them cleaning the other fish non-stop, so much that the fish were chasing them away. My tangs often swim to my cleaner shrimps to get cleaned but the shrimps dont do anything, should i get the wrass, is hard to raise?

    Yea lando is right. I had to catch a maroon clown to remove a parasite and the only way i could do it was to remove all of his hiding places.

    Brown Algea going away now it is a light green.

    The same thing is happenning to my tank. The coral skeletons i have used to have brown algae on them but just a couple weeks of increased lighting have turned the brown algae into light purple and a few spots of red. Is the red good?

    wow i must be lucky, because my tangs follow me when im at the tank. They are always do this b/c they want food. I rip my algae sheets into small pieces and let them float on the tank for the tangs to eat.

    What Are Good Gobies to Get ?

    I'm thinking of getting the Sleeper Gold Head Goby - Valenciennea strigata. However liveaquaria lists its care level at difficult and Marine depot lists it as low maintainence, which one is true. If the Gold head is difficult, then i'll get the orange spotted goby.

    safe to take paint off back glass?

    If your tank is glass and not plexiglass(acrylic) the razor blade should not scrath the surface of glass. Since glass is harder than metal, the glass dulls the blade. To make the paint removal easier have a spray bottle of water to lubricate the blade.
