I think it's coming along pretty nicely. I've got a yeast CO2 setup in sand with no fertilizer and 2700K tubular light bulbs. I leave them on pretty much 24 hours a day and the tank is sitting right next to a moderately lit window. The window is on the back of a patio where the light never shines directly.

Plants shouldn't have light 24/7, they need a cycle. It's best to keep the lights on 6-10 hours a day, then turn the lights out and turn a bubbler on. You should post your plants and light schedule and all that in the planted section and see if you can get some more from more experienced people.
