10 gallon stock advice

Hello everyone!First of all,here is my stock.
-4 female guppies(one of them is stunted)
-2 silvertip tetras(That might be removed because of bullying)
-3 Glowlight tetras
-1 neon tetra

Filter:Aquaclear 50

My tank is fully cycled,10 months old.
I want to add some fish.Here are the two options.

-1 betta male
or
-2 more guppies(one female one male)

I'm not worried about guppy babies,they are always eaten..

no to the betta, as he will kill the guppies. other then that, the tank is full.
