120 gallon fowlr tank stocking

Hi i'm relatively new to the hobby and i'm starting a 120 gallon fowlr aquarium
It's a 4x2x2 (feets)so i was wondering if this stocking would be appropriate:
1 volitan lionfish
1porcupine puffer
1snowflake eel
3squirrelfish
1blue throat trigerfish
1racoon butterfly
1regal angelfish
1harlequin tusk

I wanted to get a kind of grouper but they all apear to be huge
Are these fishes compatible?
Will this tank be overcrowded?
And how many lbs of live rocks should i get?
