5 neon tetra
3 panda corys
5 celestial pearl danios
3 red crystal shrimp or 3 cherry shrimp

I wouldnt put the hatchet fish in there.....
It seems like it would be overstocked.

If I were you I would leave out the cory cats, and get 2 or 3 more neons. They really like to be in a bear minimum of 6, with 8+ being favorable. That is just my opinion.
