I would go with either the flourite or the eco complete, not both. The eco complete black fine grain would be my #1 choice.
If you can find Osmocote + then yes, that will work fine. It is discontinued though so the new stand in is Dynamite flower and vegetable.

Hmm ok I was looking at the first e grain one so my cories dont have a hard time sifting through it also will the osmocote cause any problems if it gets into the water column?

They contain some ammonia but it's not a big deal if you have a cycled tank and a fair amount of plants.
Just be sure to place them at the very bottom of your substrate.
