Hi guys, pretty new to this forum but I just wanted to let people know that I just got back from buying a 4ft LED T8 tube in Brisbane for only $35. It's a like for like replacement for the T8 flurescent tubes, all you need to do is remove the starter and ballast, as it runs on 240VAC straight from your power supply.
For anyone who doesn't know much about this stuff, it's the next big thing and extremely expensive from retail pet stores (I saw 2ft LED strips for around $200). It saves power and is in my opinion far brighter anyway.
