75 gallon fish in or fish out

We were originally cycling our 75 gallon as fishless. I was curious how much of a pita (frequen water changes and all) it would be to cycle it fish in. It's moving pretty quickly through its cycle so it may not be a big deal but my sons 20 gallon didn't seem to finish.

Also if you do a fish in on a 75 gallon what kind of bioload do you need to get in it?

In its cycle it is currently at
1 ammonia
Nitrites off the charts
Nitrates 20
Ph 8.2
