Some I'm gonna by some mods for my bc29..I just need a little feel back on a couple things.

Uv sterilizer in my third chamber...good idea??

Fuge basket with chaeto in my middle chamber with media basket. Chaeto good or should I try a different algae??

And has anyone tried the.hydro koralia slim skim internal protein skimmer and how do you like it??

Keep in mind that the UV will only kill what passes through it, so if an ich outbreak or something similar occurs, don't expect it to solve your problems. Chaeto in there is fine.

Personal choice really, do you want one? If so, then go for it. It won't hurt anything.

Bleh.. I agree with thom.. to be quite honest you could spend the money on something more beneficial to you. Like upgrading the lights on the biocube, or a better skimmer. I'll never buy a UV filter.. there's just no need.

Definitely chaeto. Great stuff.
