bl80, what kind of sand do you use?

Where did you get it? Everywhere I ask they look at me like I'm crazy or something. Also the name brand if you can remember please.

I picked up my sand from a tool and freight company... I called ahead and asked if they had any black sand. He said they had blasting sand

I picked up two fifty pound bags for about $7 each. The brand is Black Diamond.

Not too sharp and very easy to clean.

Mine is black diamond as well. Tractor supply is where I picked it up ( I'm in pa). I got it on sale and love it. So do my fish. Have had no problems with it at all. Just make sure you clean it good
