Adding fish

Hi I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on adding fish to a fully established Malawi setup without the newbie getting beaten up I can't move the ocean rock as I have young fish living in them but my breeder has some lovely fish I just don't want to see new fish die. Any suggestions.

Basically you need to confuse them by moving what you can around and try sneaking them in at night. Its still a high chance they may get picked on though, some peoples Cichlids just flat out won't let them add new fish.

^ yes, either rearrange territories, or add 2-3 fish at a time so no single fish is the target. Also adding fish at night or with lights out helps.
