Aggressive Male Guppy???

I have just picked up some guppies for my community:
4'x18"x18" planted
2 bristle nose (1m 1f)
4 corys (2 peppered 2 bronze)
4 neon tetras
7 zebra danios
2 male dwarf gouramis
2 juvenile angel fish,
and within the last 2 hours, 3M and 7F guppies.
Danios, tetras and guppies hanging out in top half generally bar one male. It has staked out one end of the tank and not even the angels go there. So far it has harassed the corys and danios that come near, other guppies get chased by it, but I just witnessed and filmed the most bizarre behaviour with a dwarf gourami that is still occurring when they are near. Never having looked after guppies before, is this normal??? In the movie, it looks like the gourami is enjoying it? I'm just curious as I recently had to removed extremely aggressive serpae tetras, and wonder if I'm an aggressive fish magnet. Here's the vid:
