Can anyone tell me what this is? This has been growing in size for a couple months now, and there are smaller patches that grow elsewhere in the tank. I'm not sure if I should be concerned or not, I know its not very pretty to look at.
I have attached pictures. (please excuse the diatom mess, I am saving for a new light fixture
)
Also, there is a picture of my live rock, there appears to be something drilling holes into it. You can see a tiny little hole in the center of each white patch. You can see there are about 3 right next to eachother in the bottom middle part of the picture.
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
