Not albino.
In a case where the lighter pigments are more yellow than white, it could be called Lutino. If it is just white with dark colored eyes, it's just white, with dark colored eyes. Leucistic means that it is more washed out via a reduction of multiple pigments versus Albinism which means lacking melanin.
Then, depending on who you ask,
some just refer to these fish as "partial albinos."
