Ok, so first things first...i have a 12 gallon nano...

this is what i have in it, am i overcrowded?

about 10 lbs live rock, 2 oscellaris clownfish, 2 peppermint shrimp, a brittle starfish, 3 bumblebee snails, a feather duster, and a bulb anemone...

it looked kind of frantic today...

I don't think you are overcrowded. The inverts don't add much to the bio load. However the clowns will probably outgrow a 12 gallon.

You should be fine. I have three fish in my 12gal nano and have no problems. As I tell everyone, if you are concerned about over-stocking just take a look at your water parameters. If you consistantly have good parameters, you are not overloading the biofiltering capabilities of the tank.
