There are tons if these. Are they dangerous? If so how do i get rid of them?

Hard to tell from pic, but looks like aptasia. Google to find a possitive ID, if it is aptasia, do a search on this site to see how to get rid of them.
 
Yes! I think i have some pseudocornycactus also. Would they harm a scooter Blenny?

I don't think pseudocorynactis are seen in closed systems very often. Unless it's a fairly large specimen, it's a corynactis, and nothing to worry about.
