Anemone

Husband told me he saw an anemone at the LFS that he wanted. Said it was labeled as an "pink tip Haitian anemone" and was brown with purple tips. When all blue lights are on, it glows green. Foot is white- that's what confuses me.... can a Haitian (condylactis) anemone have a white foot? Or is it probably mislabeled? I told him no on buying until we have a for sure on what it is

Are the tentacles long or short? Have a picture? Def doesn't sound like a condy due to the foot. Sounds more like a long tentacle.

Well, it looks healthy...my only concern would be that your tank is pretty freshly established and I don't recall if your lighting is strong enough for anemone either.

Anemone`s need an established tank of 9 to 12 months.

Husband went in today to look some more and said it was firmly attached to the rock work at the store, so they didn't want to sell until it had loosened on it own.... no anemone for him now lol.... he is trying his best to find the last fish to add to the tank that will fit in good... so far no luck on that either
