angelfish blood spots

I ordered a couple angelfish which arrived today. One of them has what looks like blood spots along the top of its head and a bloodshot eye. I've separated it from the other fish and put some aquarium salt in the water. What's wrong with it and what can I do??

The blood spots might be just how the fish was born, color-wise. But it could have been attacked by the other angel when shipping, or maybe it was just a bumpy ride lol

I'd send the company an e-mail regarding the fish to let them know. He might end up fine. Also, if you can, raise the water temp slightly, it helps heal wounds fast.
