Anubais nana white?

It really should not be planted, the rhizome needs to be out in the water, people usually tie anubias off to driftwood or a rock, it's white because it's dying.
 
It's not tied, but don't worry, I'll tie it to a little rock once I get home
The one in my 55 gallon is planted and it's perfect
